Personalized Wellness Guided by
Your Unique Genetic Blueprint

Functional Genomics

helps us understand how your body responds to

food, stress, sleep, movement,

and environment

so we can create strategies that truly work for you.

What Is Functional Genomics?

Functional genomics looks at small genetic variations (called SNPs)

that influence how your body functions, including:

metabolism, detoxification, inflammation, neurotransmitters,

sleep rhythms, nutrient needs, mood and behaviors.

With the right lifestyle and nutrition support, gene expression

can shift in positive ways.

These genes do not determine your fate. They reveal tendencies.

How can gene testing help?

Instead of guessing, we use your genetic biological test results as a guide. Your genes can have a tantrum in an unhealthy environment, or they can be calm and silent when their optimum conditions are met.

Below are examples of common issues, and the genes that are associated with the issues.

Up-regulated genes produce more of certain proteins or signals, and down-regulated genes produce less. Both instances can influence how the body functions. The key to optimum health is knowing what cards you are playing with. It doesn't mean you're stuck. It means you have YOUR BODY MANUAL that explains how your body functions!

The Process

Your journey begins with understanding your unique blueprint

1

Health history and symptom review

We begin by exploring your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle patterns, and goals to understand the full picture of your unique concerns and experiences.

2

Genetic
testing

If you don’t already have genetic data, I can guide you through simple at-home testing options that provide insight into how your body processes nutrients, stress, sleep, detoxification, and more.

3

Personalized interpretation of key pathways

Your results are translated into easy-to-understand insights, highlighting the most relevant genetic pathways connected to your symptoms and wellness goals.

4

Nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement strategies

Based on your unique blueprint, we co-create a personalized plan for nutrition, daily habits, movement, stress regulation, and supportive supplements tailored specifically to your blueprint.

Integrating Functional Genomics with Biofeedback assessment and frequency support offers a multidimensional perspective of your health — from your genetic blueprint to your energetic terrain. This combined approach allows us to address both biological tendencies and energetic stress patterns, creating greater alignment, balance, and potential for healing.

What Makes This Approach Different

Most wellness approaches are generalized,

often relying on trial and error.

By combining Functional Genomics with Biofeedback technology,

I offer a unique proprietary system called the Helix Harmony Method.

I personalize recommendations based on both your biological blueprint and your body’s current stress and regulation patterns, discovering more precise information about your biology, allowing us to create a more precise and comprehensive approach to wellness.

My work integrates:

• Genetic insights
• Energetic stress patterns
• Lifestyle and nutrition science
• Biofeedback technology
• Intuitive, whole-person support

This process helps your body move into greater

alignment, balance, harmony and resilience, as nature intended.
